Jennifer Lawrence: When I was playing Mystique in X-Men, I remember thinking, If I'm going to be naked in paint in front of the entire world, I'm going to look like a woman. I'm going to have curves and have boobs and have a butt. Because girls are going to look at that, and if I look like a scarecrow, they are going to think, Oh, that's normal. It's not normal. I'm just so sick of these young girls with diets. I remember when I was 13 and it was cool to pretend to have an eating disorder because there were rumors that Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie were anorexic. I thought it was crazy. I went home and told my mom, "Nobody's eating bread--I just had to finish everyone's burgers". &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cauliflower crust&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;As some of you have been asking for the cauliflower crust recipe, I decided to write it down; I hope this helps.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1)&lt;/strong&gt; These are the ingredients I used: cauliflower, eggs, carrots and parsley. Of course you can skip the carrots or the parsley or even add other things.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2)&lt;/strong&gt; Shred the cauliflower, watch out for your fingers, it might hurt a little.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3)&lt;/strong&gt; Shred your carrots and add them.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4)&lt;/strong&gt; Cut the parsley to tiny pieces, add eggs, salt and pepper.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5)&lt;/strong&gt; Mix everything well!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6)&lt;/strong&gt; Get your pan and heat up some oil – I used olive oil.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7)&lt;/strong&gt; Fill the mixture inside of the pan, disperse it a little and put the top back on the pan.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8)&lt;/strong&gt; Wait about 8 minutes. As long as your cauliflower crust roasts, you can make a nice cup of tea and cut all other ingre&lt;/span&gt;dients that you want to put on top of your crust, be creative, everything is possible and absolutely delicious!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9)&lt;/strong&gt; Flip your crust -  It might be difficult and about to break – try to use a plate to flip it. Once you’ve managed this, let it roast on the other side for some more minutes.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10)&lt;/strong&gt; Now decorate it with anything you want and enjoy this healthy heaven!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are many different types of yoga to practice, so its important to find out which type of yoga is right for you. &lt;strong&gt;Heres a quick introduction to some of the most common types of yoga:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bikram Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; Get ready to sweat. You will be practicing in 105 degree heat and in 40% humidity. Though Bikram only has 26 poses and theres a lot of alignment work so it is a good fit for beginners.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hatha Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; This class is also likeley to be focused on slow and gentle movements so its a great type of yoga to wind down at night.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vinyasa Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; You’ll definitly be moving, flowing from one pose to the next. It is the most popular style of yoga in America&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kundalini Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; Refers to the energy of the Root Chakra, which surronds the area around you lower spine. Expect lots of work in your core area, these classes are known to be intense&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ashtanga Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; Commonly called Power Yoga. Asgtanga is definitley physically demanding. It is probably best suited for an ex-athlete or someone who is looking to push their body&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Iyengar Yoga&lt;/strong&gt;- Expect lots of props with this style of yoga such as blocks, harnesses, straps and even cushions. Theres also a lot of focus on alignment so Iyengar can be great for physical therapy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Anusara Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; Expect many heart opening poses like backbends and more talking by the instructor. It is epitomized by the Celebration of the Heart.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Restorative Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; If your looking to wind down after a long day of work, quiet your mind- Restorative yoga might be the answer for the relaxation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Juvamukti Yoga-&lt;/strong&gt; Is a mix of vinyasa flow sequencing infused with chanting and a vegetarian twist&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These are only some of the different types of yoga. There are many others- check out your yoga studio for different classes. At the studio I go to there are foundation flow, Wellness vinyasa, mixed yoga styles, detox and refresh, Yin restorative, Yoga for runners and athletes, Yoga for back care and power flow (:&lt;/p&gt;
